Restore comfort in your legs with advanced vein treatments at Core Alliance Vein Specialists. We treat varicose veins, spider veins, leg swelling, cramping, heaviness, and venous reflux using the latest, minimally invasive, incision-free vein procedures.
Your Treatment Options
Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is the gold standard treatment for spider veins and small varicose veins. A specialized solution is injected into the vein, causing it to collapse and gradually fade as the body absorbs it. This minimally invasive treatment improves both appearance and symptoms, requires no downtime, and is one of the most commonly performed vein procedures.
EVLT/EVLA
Endovenous laser treatment, also called EVLT or EVLA, treats larger varicose veins using laser energy delivered through a thin catheter inside the vein. The laser generates heat that damages the vein wall, causing it to collapse and close. Blood flow is immediately redirected to nearby healthy veins, relieving pressure and improving circulation without traditional surgery.
RFA
Chronic venous insufficiency occurs when leg veins cannot efficiently return blood to the heart, leading to ongoing pressure in the lower extremities, which, in turn, leads to persistent leg pain, heaviness, swelling, skin discoloration, and tightness. CVI is a progressive condition that can interfere with daily activities and significantly impact comfort, mobility, and quality of life.
VenaSeal™
VenaSeal is a no-heat treatment that uses a medical adhesive to close the diseased vein. A small amount of adhesive is delivered inside the vein to seal it instantly. Because no heat is involved, the surrounding tissue remains unaffected, and blood immediately flows through healthier veins. It may eliminate the need for compression stockings afterward.
Varithena™
Varithena is a specialized microfoam sclerotherapy administered for larger or more complex varicose veins. The foam solution spreads evenly within the vein, allowing thorough contact with the vein walls and effective closure. It is often used when vein anatomy makes other treatments less ideal or as a complementary option alongside ablation.
Phlebectomy
Phlebectomy, also known as ambulatory phlebectomy, removes bulging surface veins through tiny incisions. This procedure provides immediate visual improvement and symptom relief. While more invasive than injections or ablation, phlebectomy is performed on an outpatient basis, involves minimal recovery, and is highly effective for prominent surface veins.
Compression Therapy
Compression therapy uses graduated pressure stockings to support the veins and improve blood flow back toward the heart. The external pressure helps reduce vein diameter, limits blood pooling, and improves overall valve function. While it does not remove veins, it can relieve symptoms and slow disease progression when used consistently.
Blood Flow Mapping
Blood flow mapping is the essential first step in diagnosing vein disease. Using detailed ultrasound imaging, this evaluation shows how blood flows through your leg veins and identifies faulty valves that cause reflux. By locating the source of the problem, blood flow mapping ensures treatments are focused on correcting the underlying cause of your symptoms.
